Here are some helpful resources for you and your child.

Your child must read 20 minutes at home each day! This can greatly improve student success! I have attached some pictures below of questions to ask your child to get him/her thinking about his/her reading, for both fiction and non-fiction texts.

Please encourage them to study multiplication facts every day, as it will set them up for more success in math. You can have your child make their own flashcards by cutting squares of paper and writing the fact on one side and the answer on the other, or there are multiplication flashcards available at different stores.  There are also many videos on Youtube to help with learning multiplication facts. I have attached a district-approved video link below.
